Dialog on an Equal Footing: Barriers and Opportunities to Promote the Results of Intellectual Activity

Year 2022 demonstrated the importance of creating enabling conditions for stimulating the development of innovative Russian medicines, medical devices and equipment. In addition to financial and technological support, the industry needs to establish a transparent system for interaction between the medical community and manufacturers, and to protect their intellectual rights. What challenges do companies face when they try to sell their inventions? What prevents the medical community from participating in the R&D work together with the manufacturers? What support measures are already in place to protect intellectual property rights in the traumatology and orthopedics industry, and what additional measures need to be implemented?
